One of the things that catch more the attention at the poker tables is the variety of clothes that players wear, which makes clear that there is no a poker etiquette.
In the majority of movies where poker games play an important role, it is often to see players wearing suits. However this tendency is not very followed at the real poker tables, even though there are a few poker players that like to dress smart, as for instance Phil Ivey.
During the last years, one of the tendencies which count with a big number of followers is the casual wear: jeans, shirt and baseball cap. This fashion is mainly followed by young players, as for instance the 2009 WSOP winner Joe Cada.
Other players prefer to wear hooded sweatshirts, which by the way can be very useful to avoid transmitting information to the other players.
Lastly, one of the tendencies that are also being very popular among the fans of this cards game is wearing sponsored clothes.
So, as it can be seen, in the poker world, fashion is something very relative and everybody can dress as they feel like, as far as they are comfortable.
